This 2600 sq. ft. custom home located on Trailhead Drive in Kingston features a unique roof line that allows for 9 and 10 foot ceilings on the main floor. The completed home was finished off with stone and brick.

This 3900 sq. ft. commercial building has three units for professional use. It’s located on the South East corner of Taylor-Kidd and Collins Bay Road in Kingston. One unit is currently leased to a dental practice. Previously the vacant lot had been a dumping ground for many years and presented several geo-technical challenges that had to be addressed prior to building. In addition the close proximity to the creek next door presented storm water management challenges.
In this picture, work is well underway and the roof is beginning to take shape.

Frontenac Build & Design is a certified installer of the Legalett in floor forced air heating system. This project is a 500 sq. ft. garage and shop addition located on Hwy 38, Verona. The slab on grade is frost protected by design and both garage and shop are separately zoned for heat.

This 900 sq. ft. room addition in the Desert Lake area north of Kingston features dramatic high vaulted ceilings and a pressure treated wood foundation.
