ICF Pour Day
Here are the main highlites and criteria for passive house construction. To qualifiy we must pass a minimum of .6 air changes per hour at 50 pascals.

Custom Framing Services. Gambrel roof master bedroom addition over a new attached garage.
Passive House Wall Panels. A different passive house insulation system by Legalett where EPS panels are fastened over framing or ICF. The embedded steel track solves connection issues and gets covered with an EPS strip eliminating thermal bridging.
Snowy Day Framing. Insulation for this 16" TJI roof system was a combination of spray foam and Roxul batts making a great insulation solution for a big shed roof.
Habitat for Humanity Framing. Great opportunity to engage with a community project and meet new faces.
